What the form collects

Up to four answers, an email address, and a name if you give one. The name is optional. There is no other field, and no phone field of any kind.

Your answers are also kept in the address bar while you fill the form in, so a refresh does not lose them. They leave the address bar when you close the form or send it.

Where it goes

One email to me, sent through Resend, with your address as the reply address so I can answer you. Resend handles the delivery and nothing more.

If that email cannot be sent, the brief is written once to the site's server log instead, so it is not lost.

There is no database. Your brief is not stored anywhere on this site, and it is not sent to anyone else, ever.

Your IP address

The form accepts ten submissions a minute from one connection. To count them, the address the request arrives from is held in memory for sixty seconds and then gone. It is never written down, never stored, and never sent anywhere.

What this site does not do

No cookies. No analytics. No tracking pixels, no advertising, no third-party scripts.

The two fonts are served from this site, not from Google, so loading a page tells no one else that you were here.

How long I keep it

Your brief stays in my inbox while we are talking about the work, and for as long as the accounting requires afterwards. Ask me to delete it and I will.

Asking about your data

Write to me at the address in the footer. You can ask what I hold, ask for a copy, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. I answer within a month, and usually within a day.

Where the site runs

Vercel hosts it. Their servers log requests, as any web server does, and those logs are theirs, not mine.
